Beron is a world created by the gods, for the gods: literally woven into being with Divine Power. Those living there have forgotten that and now struggle against the Divine to be gods of their own realms...whichever realm that may be.
Beron was woven from the darkness of a fallen goddess. In the weaving, Divine power reshaped and reclaimed the darkness turning it into something beautiful and wonderful and filling it with new life. New divine life.
Throughout the lost ages, however, the divine heritage has been forgotten, forsaken, or forbidden. But all things that were possible were created once and now they simply cycle through with the whims of the passing days.
Each new age brings new knowledge...different knowledge...old knowledge re-learned.
