The Rosy Skies
A soft veil of pearlescent clouds enveloped the Sun on the first day of the millennium. Gradually, rays as dazzling as the most precious gold began to pierce the shroud of the Skies. The satin clouds revealed the Sky, stripped of all artifice. A soft sky, blue like the eyes of children at their mother's breast, revealed to the world the divine Light.
Abundance and Feasts
The era of the Rose Skies was a millennium of unparalleled prosperity, a golden age where the shadow of famine faded into forgotten memory. The fields, blessed with an abundance of life, yielded harvests so bountiful that they seemed gifts from the heavens themselves. Villages blossomed into hubs of joy, adorned with vibrant festivals where the air rang with laughter. Streets brimmed with the jubilance of children, while women’s songs wove harmonies that echoed through the land. At the royal court, splendor reached its zenith. Poets spun verses of ethereal beauty, musicians filled the halls with resonant melodies, and the Sefalinnen served as mirthful jesters clad in gaudy garb and brought laughter to nobles and merchants alike.
It was Moehric, chosen of the Divine, who spearheaded the age's intellectual renaissance. Endowed with knowledge from on high, he advanced medicine, astrology, alchemy, and the sciences of wealth and governance. He founded grand universities and hospices, sanctuaries of wisdom where the gifts of God were shared with all who sought enlightenment. Among his innovations were the Glasshouse Groves, structures imbued with divine ingenuity. These marvels filtered light through panes of vivid, colored glass, casting radiant hues that enriched crops and nourished the earth with a purity unseen in ages past.
