Structure
The structure of Ridgerton is organized in the following way:
- CEO - Alice Addaway is the current CEO, and oversees and manages the entire company.
- Vice President - The Vice President assists the CEO and takes their place when they're away.
- Chief Executive Officer - The Chief Officer is the supervisor of most of the workers and organizes all operations.
- Chief Financial Officer - The Chief Financial officer oversees any and all financial expenditures and revenue of the company.
- Chief Marketing Officer - The Chief Marketing officer works to market the company, creating advertisements and other public announcements.
- Chief Human Resources Officer - The Chief Human Resources officer recruits and fires workers, and makes sure that productivity and morale are high at all times.
- Supervisor - The Supervisor watches over the workers and ensures they are on task.
Public Agenda
The Public Agenda of Ridgerton is to bring the products of Blazing Ridge to the common person and to make them accessible to everyone. CEO Alice Addaway says "Our goal here at Ridgerton is to bring the Blazing Ridge to you, and we work to make our products more accessible and friendly to all of Beland."
Assets
Ridgerton is established largely in Stabaki, so all currency is written in silver, but you may pay any way you like. Ridgerton has over three million silver and a workforce of ten thousand. Their operations run throughout four different countries, and they even have small towns at their disposal. They have hundreds of ships, horses, wagons, and caravans.
Agriculture & Industry
Ridgerton specializes in the exploitation of Blazing Ridge, plundering its resources and selling them. They sell gemstones, metals, wood, exotic animals, and even water. Ridgerton is also known for its clothing and is one of the most profitable clothing industries. They claim the clothing comes directly from Autumn Summit and Golden Spire, but sources cannot confirm this to be true or not.
Trade & Transport
Ridgerton has hundreds of routes and methods of transportation all throughout Beland, running through every country. They have even signed a contract with Kiamaco to start using experimental Carbon Titanioxide vehicles and use these to deliver goods at an unprecedented rate.
