The Khamaseen
The Khamaseen are a militia group from Oasis who seek out and rescue mages from the clutches of Raj Mahal. While they have a few mages, most of them are victims of The Procedure and rely on stealth and agility. They are very good at what they do and often rescue mages before they even know they are being targeted.
