The Sovereign Smile is a deep horizontal cut, starting from the floating ribs, curving down through the navel, and curving up to the floating ribs on the opposite side. This cuts through intestines and potentially the liver and kidneys, and causes the organs to hang outside of the body. No amount of healing magic can repair this level of damage before the victim bleeds out.
The distinctive curved shape gives it it's grim title.

Components and tools
Typically performed with a karambit, hooked blade, or dagger. The cut itself is typically performed as a surprise attack, either solo or with an accomplice holding the victim.
