Thrown into a frenzy, an axeman of the north is a frightening sight to see, even more so when protected by their own warding magic.

Rather than using a shield, a berserker puts a heavy focus on personal fitness to maintain a protective ward, enabling them to simply move through attacks instead of deflecting them.

Most commonly found in the North, most famously out of Glory's Edge, Berserkers are typically the elite warriors of a standing militia. It is often claimed that one Berserker contains the collective strength and rage of a dozen men, with the killing power of a hundred in their axes.
