Alter Clothing
A basic spell for the magical creation or alteration of clothing. The aspects that can be altered include, but are not limited to, the clothing's colour, composition, style, fabric, form, and function.
Manifestation
The manifestation of the spell is dependant on the user's practice with it. Initially it requires concentration and gestures for casting. Over time a mage can reach a point where they can mentally cast it on clothing they are wearing, touchin, or can see.
Material Components
For transformation, the article of clothing to be affected. For conjuring, none.
