Gimsolvian Military Police
Shining armor branded with a roaring lion paraded around the streets. Hooded figures cover and bickering merchants bring up their quarrels for you to solve. Any threat to Gimsolvia will be put to the ground with your righteous sword.

Purpose
Keep the peace and prevent conflict within the cities. If there is an outside force that threatens the nation these elite guards will be the walls that shield us.
Social Status
A guard enjoys a good pay and good company. It is a sought after job but it requires great physical and mental fortitude. Many children of rich nobles aspire to be a guard but often fail to pass the barrier of entry.
History
With the brief skirmish between the horseclans of Arneguru and Gimsolvia, the Military Police held their ground and managed to repel a force of over 5.000 horses with just 250 men.

Each guard has a longsword that is coated in silver along the sharp edges with steel making up the middle. A dagger built using hardened iron and a kit for tending to wounds. They have steel armor that is decorated and tufts of black fur on the shoulders and a short dark cap along the back.
Workplace
The guards often have set areas of patroll to tend to. Either a neighbourhood or a route, they often become very friendly with those who frequent or do business along their area.

Legality
A Military Police guard acts both as judge and if the situation deems it, executioner. Any time a criminal is charged or captured they will be present at the trial if it is deemed neccesary, it depends on the nature of the crime.
