Scepter of Adjanai

The scepter is a mystical item that has made an appearance in several ledgendary tales of the heroes of Bastion. Most scholars believe it to have found its way from hero to hero, often being lost or hidden for centuries at a time.

Each day, up to 6 creatures can channel power from the scepter granting them a node of primal power. This node can be used to add 1d12 to any roll (Attack, Damage, Save, Check, Death Save). The node lasts for 24 hours or until used. If it remains unused at the 24 hour mark the node returns to the scepter.
