Gnomes

These small friendly creatures inhabit lands all around Bastion. Many times they ally themselves with the dwarves, but it is not uncommon for them to align with their fellow small raced friends, the Halflings   Rock Gnomes: often these gnomes are found digging deep in the mines alongside their dwarven friends all the while creating whacky gizmos to help in their daily lives! The first Artificer was a rock gnome known as "The Architect".   Forest Gnomes: these gnomes like to create much like their rocky brothers, but they prefer the wilderness to the tunnels under the earth.    Deep Gnomes: also known as the Svirfneblin, these subterranean gnomes are less technologically inclined than their surface world counterparts but make up for it with their knowledge of the magic of the earth.
