Session 100: Animaesus and Tarrasques: Three Stomachs

The Beast is on the Move West.       Amu, in the plane of air, finds rest with is red dragon compatriot, Bar'mak.   It takes some persuasion, but Amu is able to use Bar'mak's kidney as an arcane focus for a planar shift. However, as this happens, strange humanoid-like creatures, made of pure air, attack the duo. Amu, however, is able to cast a storm of vengeance to confuse these denizens of this plane.     Kaly and Tenebris are far away, and as they discuss they next actions, with the unconscious Amu with them, Walkers arrive to investigate, to pass by, on this seemingly popular road. They parlay, leave Amu with Pio and Gorgmongr, and then teleport. Off course, they are. However, Jhir transforms them into giant eagles and fly to their fate: Jourvian Dwarven Army. 

Birdman is outside the City, somewhere in its swamps. Eember has come, close enough to make him nervous. He steps in, and they talk, and she states how she needs something from within the beast to solidify her. Birdman invites her inside, to where his apartment is, within the lungs, and as they talk, he sees that Eember is slowing getting absorbed. The beast rises tall, and Birdman gains more control over its stature as the elemental woman stays within the beast. This will not be her fate, and he sends her away, and goes full throttle to the next horizon west. 


Amu and the Air Elementals face off, and although they fend off the creatures, Amu and Bar'Mak, they take this opportunity to make eldritch sacrifices so they can plane shift back home. Only by the grace of Amu's borrowed spirit across the planes, are they able to find their way home.
