Von Bloot Region
The Von Bloot Region is one of the four ruling regions of the Vridium Empire. Ruled by the Von Bloot house and Lord Von Bloot himself. This is one of the two oldest regions in the entire Vridium Empire right next to House Vridi themselves. The Von Bloot's came over to Baephios with the founder of the continent Kaiser Vridi and have maintained their loyalty and power over the years. The region itself is very rich and well taken care of. However the towns and villages that are under their jurisdiction always seem to be wary of the family especially Lord Von Bloot himself. Rumors of him being a vampire are more than known.
The region spans the majority of the center and eastern sections all the way to Icegale Bay, it is also the house with the most landmass to their name. Being one of the oldest houses the name Von Bloot commands respect where they go, the region itself is massive yet no one dares to create or bend rules knowing the iron mallet of the Von Bloots will hear about it and deal with it. They are a very influential house that even rivals the great royal Rigby name. Even King Jonathan Rigby VIII has to pay respects to their family as his father and forefathers did before them.
The Von Bloot region is one where the majority of the empires livestock comes from. Along with a massive amount of the empires lumber due to the Shadywood Forest. This pair of vital resources pays dividends easily allowing the Von Bloot family to live the most lavish lifestyle known in the Empire.
Structure
Unlike the other Houses in the empire the Von Bloot family desire blood relations more than titles of other nobles, if you aren't family then you have no say in how they govern their region. The head of the house Victor Von Bloot has been in control for as long as anyone can remember along with his wife Lady Valentina, his daughter Vivian and son Vincent are the heirs to the throne set to be married and set in their own areas of power. Everything is family here if you upset any one of them you bet the rest will come to the others in quick succession.
Culture
For the most part the people of this region are happy with how wealthy even the most common farmer can become due to the ruling of the Von Bloot family. However, there is always an erie feeling of never feeling in control of their life or what they desire to do as everything is always so easy if you are born in this region, money, food and even education is provided by the Von Bloot family, but none of it is in your control.
Public Agenda
The Von Bloot family desires nothing more but to live a quiet life and prosper. At least that is what the public knows.
