The Damned Crew

The Damned Crew is a weird type of religious group. In order to join, one must die. In Nineveh, due to the connections the Elder gods have to the people and world, give promising people a second chance at life. The only recorded instance of this happening was because of an adventuring group named, "Lorem Ipsum" took up the impossible task of going to the Wave Isles and coming back. While at the Wave Isles they somehow came in contact with a group of odd individuals who called themselves "The Damned Crew." Famed Chef Rum Wulfnoð told interviewers "At first we didn't see anything then Ashfoot said he saw someone."   The Damned Crew is said to be not just one small group, but multiple small groups of random people who have died and are seeking a second chance at life. A certain Elder or Lesser god takes them and grants them to be reincarnated somewhere else in Baltharos for a second chance. However, they must complete a dangerous task that takes up to tens or even hundreds of years to complete. These chosen few are given a spirit form where they are immune to almost everything, except for what killed them. Dak WhiteClaw had a simple weakness to fire, as that is how his original death went. Each member has a different weakness that will 100% obliterate them from existence if they come in contact to whatever that may be, in their spiritual form.   No one can see these people with out the help of a special pendant. All the members of the Damned Crew carry one to signify what group and god they serve under.
