The Children of the Horse
This faction worships and praises the Horse god. This is a southern-based faction who are primarily farmers who believe that they have descended from the native centaurs of the Rolling Plains. Basically horse-girls and guys. This group is a very large group of people who don't want to be held down to their families careers. These are people who want to feel free and strive to be self-sufficient. You can often spot out people part of this group due to all of them having colored face tattoos. Typically it is some sort of ancient tribal design and the colors are typically a light blue or dark blue.
Structure
For the most part not much is known about a specific leader of this group. They are seen as wild and slightly barbaric. This life style is very looked down upon and brings the attention for the crowns guard to themselves often.
Culture
Very wild and barbaric, but they alwasy make it a point to follow the laws of Hugo City. They don't want to risk there being a bounty placed on the groups heads. They are very easily spotted in public so rounding them up would not be that hard of a job.
Public Agenda
Their main goal is to just run away with from Hugo City and live in the world outside the Black Iron walls. However, this requires a lot of money to do.
