Oncith Kaisel
The leader of the Elves when Hugo "The Conqueror" Ironbrawn I originally came to Novakuzran. He led the elves in negotiation with Hugo, but he and his men were quickly ambushed by Hugo's first-ever Goblin Gang. While all his men were murdered, Oncith was able to escape through the Iron Spikes and make his way to a small brooke in the forest. Eventually being caught and slain by Hugo himself.
