Elemental Plane of Water
The elemental plane of water is a place with no land above surface. A place completely submerged in one massive body of water. "He whoever wears the treasures of water may call themselves KING." This law is implanted in all those who come from this plane of existance. Currently King Tinnyis is the holder of the treasures and has been in charge for several centuries now.
Races like Marid, Nautilus, Triton, Merfolk, Sharkfolk, Mermaids, Water elementals and Topaz dragons call this place home.
