The Rules - H&C 9

The PCs finish Downtime and head out east. Taxman scouts out a heavily fortified compound with 2 mechs and high razor-wired fences. No indication of ownership is evident but all signage is in English and the colours and pale purple and white. The group decides to keep going east.   A large plume of smoke is spotted to the north and they move to investigate. Two groups of salvagers are present - from Calypso #009 and Juggernaut #032. The three groups discuss salvaging rights and each group agrees to split the wreck of the BKM Leon, a cargo landing ship. Stubby (from Calypso) found a large sealed metal case in the pilot's personal storage locker and wants to know to split it. The case has an encrypted manifest and several biohazard warning signs.
