Galene

Galene is a main sequence red dwarf star (M0.5V) in the constellation Piscis Austrinus. It is approximately 10.74 light-years from Earth but is too faint to be seen with the naked eye. It has three companion planets - Damona (Galene b), Watatsumi (Galene c), and Atlahua (Galene d). All three are super-Earths orbiting with short orbital periods. The original name for the star was Lacaille 9352, part of Nicolas-Louis de Lacaille's star catalogue from his observations between 1750 and 1752.   The name Galene means calm weather and is the name of one of the Nereids of Greek myth. The planet names come from Celtic, Japanese, and Aztec mythologies respectively.
