Runa

Runa is a perpetually underestimated Aravun Yashelin scientist and land surveyor. They are currently employed by the Babikiye Research Center as a foundational member of the Land Expedition Team. Not everyone on their team wants them there or thinks they deserve their spot, but for once, it doesn't bother them. Much.   Runa has had a rough reputation from a young age. They are best known as the youngest member of the Extermination Crew during the Astris Genocide. Later, they associated closely with the Defenders of Creation, an extremist Aravun Yashelin political movement. Runa defected from the movement early on and eventually played a critical role in its downfall and dissolution. Many people pity them and some justifiably hate them for their role, but life goes on regardless. Runa has done their best to move on. Runa stepped away from their work and public life in general to focus on healing with their family.
