Crystal Die

Made from several kinds of gems, these tiny stones are cut into the shape of die. They allow the player to reroll that specific kind of die, and are usable at any point in time, including combat. These take the place of whatever was previously rolled, as if the first roll had never happened. These can occasionally be found in magic shops, with the d4 being the most common, and least expensive.   Suggested prices are:   d4: 200 d6: 350 d8: 500 d10: 600 d12: 700 d20: 800   Most typically the die are made of Amethyst, though others have been made with Sapphire, Ruby and other precious stone to drive up the price.
