Tiefling
Tieflings are human-based plane touched, native outsiders that are infused with the touch of the fiendish planes, most often through descent from fiends—demons, Yugoloths, devils, evil deities, and others who had bred with humans. Tieflings are known for their cunning and personal allure, which makes them excellent deceivers as well as inspiring leaders when prejudices are laid aside.
Although their evil ancestors could be many generations removed, the taint lingers. Unlike half-fiends, tieflings are not predisposed to evil alignments and vary in alignment nearly as widely as full humans, though tieflings are certainly devious. The celestial counterparts of tieflings are called aasimar.
Basic Information
Biological Traits
Tieflings tend to have an unsettling air about them, and most people are uncomfortable around them, whether they are aware of the tiefling's unsavory ancestry or not. Their tendency for physical traits of their heritage, including horns, tails, and fangs, and more unusual characteristics such as a sulfurous odor, cloven feet, or a general aura of discomfort make this a greater possibility.

Facial characteristics
While some otherwise look like normal humans, most retain physical characteristics derived from their ancestor, with the most common such features being horns and pointed teeth. Some tieflings also have eyes that are solid orbs of black, red, white, silver, or gold, while others have eyes more similar to those of humans.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
While Tieflings can be born anywhere on the continent, the largest concentration of them has developed in Chalesterre, where they can live among other uncommon or strange races.

Major Language Groups and Dialects
While Tieflings tend towards speaking the language of wherever they were born or raised, nearly all of them gain an inherent understanding of the language of their bloodline in the form of Abyssal or Infernal
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
The opinion of tieflings on other species can greatly vary depending on how and where they're raised, the tendency for others to see them as unseemly or evil makes for a general dislike or hatred of those who judge them so harshly in return.

Average Physique
In many ways, tieflings are similar to humans in physical capabilities. Although it is not always the case, tieflings tend to have better reflexes than their human kin. This, along with their natural propensity for hiding and deceit help to give tieflings a reputation for thievery and duplicity.
Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Tiefling skin is rarely human-like in color, extending past normal human colors into a variety of shades spanning much of the spectrum, though most commonly seen in hues of red, blue, and purple.
Tiefling hair, however, is often the same color as human hair, though dark blue, red, or purple are similarly common shades amongst the race.
