The land was scarred and re-shaped by the magic which had torn open rifts and then been used to seal them shut again. Worshippers of the various deities suddenly found the gods not so eager to speak with them directly.
Aftermath
The land has been changed permanently, but people have grown accustomed to it, or been born into the world as it stands today.
