Session 2-6: Bark After Bite

Satisfied with their progress, and more than a little worn out, the group reconvenes, getting patched up while Melios and Kelner examine the remains of the bark-skinned bear in an attempt to piece some of it back together for future use. Though they catch sight of some strange wood at the core of the remains, the outer layers seem to only piece together into ordinary branches and tree roots, and they eventually leave the pile to rot.   Unable to contact Zaquivir until morning, they spend the rest of the day discussing their options and trying to make sense of what's happened.
