Guild-chair Tarmagärvi Anu Laaksonen (a.k.a. Argus)
Argus is the second-highest-ranking member of the guild. He is a slender elf with strikingly good looks.
He knows nothing specific about the murders. He agreed that the severed arm is covered in kyanite, which is prized for its purity, but he also revealed the crystal is difficult to cut and would typically chip or shatter in all but the most skilled hands. He suggested visiting Kendrin’s Fine Works, as Kendrin is the only person he knows he might have the capability to work with such difficult material, however, Kendrin hasn't been seen by him personally in several weeks.
