Anni is a pleasant half-elf who owns and runs one of two jewelry-making shops in town.
She is troubled to hear about the murders. She didn't want to investigate the severed arm, but seemed to think the crystal on it may be Kyanite, which she doesn't have experience with. She suggested visiting Kendrin's Fine Works or the Gem-Cutter's Guild for more information.
