Bhuldir (Bull-deer)
A small city on the southwestern edge of the Dwarven territories, in the Louth region of the Fortunebreak mountains.
Demographics
Primarily dwarven, but especially due to trade and the recent influx from Hargriff, the population is a bit more mixed.
Government
The city is run by the Banner Ward on behalf of the clans, and without much of a local council or leading group, things are generally managed by the Sheriff and a group of recruited city guards, though they're more commonly seen as sellswords by the locals.
Industry & Trade
The city is a standard source of iron ore for the clans, as well as being known for various breweries which take advantage of several low-light grains for a unique flavor.
History
The city grew up around a large, underground, freshwater lake, and has grown as it was discovered to be near several deep veins of iron ore.
Geography
The city sits inside a large natural cavern, with substantial areas carved into depictions of the dwarven pantheon, all of which surrounds the large natural lake.
Natural Resources
The area is rich in iron ore and is also a surprisingly good region for growing edible mushrooms, tubers, and low-light grains, which are used for ale production.
