Azaran

This world consist of a large island and several smaller ones. The large island is mostly forest and only small parts of it are mapped. The smaller islands are mountains and caves. All those places hold mysteries to discover. The further you venture out you might find new land masses but noone knows for noone went beyond a certain range around the main island. Myths include galactic portals, ways to other realms, incredible wealth and power, but maybe you will only find a giant empty, yet deadly desert or even more ocean. The known parts of the main island and parts of the larger ones surrounding it are inhabited by all kinds of humanoids living together in peace. But the deep parts of the caves and forest can hold any imaginable terror! Not to mention what you might find in the depths of the see.
