Marshall
Marshall is a member of the Tribrenen, a group of three metalmen created to run the day-to-day affairs of the city of Kort. Marshall serves as the face of the government and handles many public appearances, as well as overseeing the Watch and related law enforcement and defense forces.
The main part of Marshall's job revolves around supervising and guiding the Watch, who serve both as law enforcement and as the city's only standing defensive military members. They are the commander-in-chief for any major operations against criminal groups, and in the rare occasions the city falls under attack they assume the roll of High General to command the defense forces. The secondary part of their job is to be the "face" of the city and give almost all the formal speeches, attend most formal ceremonies, and do the general PR job for the city's government.
All three Tribrenen were modeled after different races, with different skin materials and different senses of style, but Marshall was arguably the one with which the creators took the most liberties. They are styled after a tiefling, though only in the sense that they have horns and a tail. Their skin is brass or gold - the creators did not document, and it is difficult to tell even on close inspection - with rose gold used for joints and certain accents like patterns on the horns. Their hair is a salt and pepper mullet, since the creators thought a mullet would be a funny haircut for the city's leader to have, with a similarly ridiculous bar mustache. Their fashion sense might best be described as 'Victorian fop', with a penchant for waistcoats and ascots, though they have occasionally been known to don leather vests and wear bolo ties to produce a vibe more akin to 'American Frontier Mayor'.
