Abbott
Abbott is one of the Tribrenen , a group of three leaders that run the gnomish city of Kort. Their role in the city government has two main components: overseeing the courts and guiding the inventors and crafters. In the former, they are the chief judge in the city and hears all appeals, as well as "high" crimes. They also review every lower judge's rulings periodically to determine their fairness and opportunities for promotion or raises. The other part of their "job" is to supervise the city's creators and guide their pursuits as well as make sure they are following the laws and customs of the city.
Abbott was created and raised as a cleric of Order, though without a specific deity. As they experienced the world and got to know the people of Kort, they eventually settled on sort of a dual worship of both Eamon and Zyntrani, the former relating to the courts and upholding the law, and the latter related to crafting and innovation. As a show of appreciation for the crafters and inventors of the city, Abbott usually carries around or has prominently on display near them one of the city's advanced energy rifles, which they occasionally take on hunting trips for fun.
The three Tribrenen were all modeled after different races and given exteriors of different metals and different hair colors, not to mention their different senses of style and fashion. Abbott was modeled after a typical dwarf, with typical brown hair pulled back into a dreaded ponytail and a long brown braided beard with jewelry and rings throughout. Their exterior "skin" is made of nickel, with some darker gunmetal for the joints and certain accents. Their eyes are green glass, and they prefer to wear brass or gold colored chainmail in their daily life to signify their status and relationship to the spiritual side of the city.
