The City-State of Fulanῐk
The total population of the remaining Ayla people is about 10,000. As such, they are mostly a clan-based society, living in a cluster of city-states that forms a medium sized city. Each Clan lives and sleeps in the main building built from the remains of their old starships, though they have built outwards in the recent century, building workshops and other such buildings that blend the lines between the clans.

These are the outcasts from the clans, or those who refuse to live by the rules of the society that have been set out for them. Should they be captured, their souls will be returned to the Pool which is obviously a condition they wish to avoid. They are responsible for most of the crime on the planet and often are open worshippers of the Old God. They are the most likely to have contact with the outside world and a few have managed to escape the planet despite its strict embargo.
