To solve the conflict brewing in Aycia, the Guardians of Magic along with the Council of Dragons, agreed to split the land between the races.
The humans were granted the central areas, in the north and south of the realm as their population was larger than the others. The area the Elves were granted spanned across the great rainforest the the west. The Dwarves were allowed to keep their underground Kingdom of Kendohr, located in the crater of Aldragor, an ancient volcano extict since not long Aycia was formed. The dragons were given the mountains in the west as their territory, seeing as there were the only ones who could survive up there. The goblins, however, were not granted anything, for it was not believed they deserved one. They were forced to wander the realm as a nomadic people, taking up residence at the fringes of the claimed territories and uninhabitated areas. The barren lands in the south was left unclaimed, as it was a dry, uninhabitable rocky desert.
