Lord Zephyrus Silverthorn (a.k.a. Zeph)
Zephyrus is a blue tiefling sorcerer with a desire to share wonder and life with the world. Following his rescue from captivity alongside his adopted sister Kaya, Zephyrus was introduced to art and healing and magic for the sake of magic in Ostylia, and was amazed. He made it his goal to share that same wonder he felt, as well as helping those who cannot help themselves.

Personal history
Zephyrus was taken into captivity at the age of 6, taken in order to experiment on the effects of demon blood on the development of a child, and whether that blood can be 'altered' or 'cleansed' using certain flora. Zephyrus was rescued at the age of 10 alongside a 14 year old half-even girl, Kaya, by the Whaleguard and Lady Beatrix. He was taken to Ostylia as a ward of the royal house of Silverthorn, and was later adopted into the house. He took on the surname, and was gifted the hidden name Octavian by Beatrix, in honour of her eldest brother who was killed when she was a child.

Zephyrus' desire is to spread light, wonder and hope wherever he goes, be that through helping explorers by providing them with rare magical items, assisting warriors injured after defending settlements by healing them, or delighting townspeople with displays of beautiful and elaborate magic, Zephyrus truly just wants to do good in the world.
Vices & Personality flaws
Zephyrus suffers from severe anxiety due to the trauma he experienced as a child. This often leads to him finding it hard to speak up, or take a break due to fears that he will disappoint those around him, meaning he often burns himself out and works himself to exhaustion.
Adopted after they were rescued from captivity, Zeph grew up in the restored city of Ostylia alongside his sister Kaya, before setting out on his own path as a merchant and healer.
