The name "Onyx" symbolizes the oppressive shadow of the First Spawn's rule, as well as the weight of subjugation borne by the Vy'keen. The dark, ominous tone reflects their role as enforcers of the First Spawn's dominion.

Structure of the Onyx Vigil:

Supreme Overseer:

• Title: Warden-Primus
• Role: The highest-ranking Vy'keen within the Onyx Vigil. The Warden-Primus is hand-selected by the Gek Dominion to oversee operations across all controlled territories, ensuring loyalty and maintaining the vigilance required to stamp out rebellion.

Command Hierarchy:

2. Each planetary region is assigned a Warden-Major, who serves as the governor of Vy'keen enforcement. These figures report directly to the Warden-Primus and maintain strategic control over planetary security forces.
