Capital and Super Capital Overview

"Capital classes? They're big scary behemoths that everyone else tries not to get shot by. And even the small Capitals avoid getting in the way of larger ones. For really good reason! I've seen Titan slugs the size of large Corvette! I'll just be glad only the big factions have access to those things. If you want in on one, you're best off trying to earn one of the bigger faction's trust and working through the ranks."

Large ships with highly limited availability outside any kind of major organization's own fleets.

Battlecruisers

"Battlecruisers are the smallest capital-class you'll see, sometimes jokingly called pocket capitals because of how pitifully small they look next to Dreadnoughts and Titans. Though they aren't to be underestimated! They're still heavy hitters, even if you can fit five or six of them in the shadow of one Titan"
Standard Hull: Battlecruiser, Rough Size: 600-800m/656-874yd (about half a mile for larger ones)

Battleships

"Battleships are kinda the big brother of Battlecruisers. Usually found flanking a Dreadnought or Titan alongside supporting Battlecruisers. They're just big enough to not get called 'pocket caps' like Battlecruisers do but they're still on the relative small side of Capital ships. They're usually a Flagship's backup for damage against a hostile titan or it's supporting vessels."
Standard Hull: Battleship , Rough Size: 900-1300m/0.5-0.8mi

Dreadnoughts

"Dreadnoughts are typically outfitted as carriers, which may or may not have a weapon that spells death for anything small caught in it mounted between the hangars somewhere. I don't know, I don't keep track, I just stay out of their way if I'm in a larger fight and there's one looming threateningly nearby."
Standard Hull: Dreadnought, Rough Size: 1.5-2km/0.9-1.2mi

Dreadnought Hull Variants
Carrier - Carriers are a common setup for dreadnoughts, holding a large number of various Strike-Craft and even small wings of Frigates. While not always armed as heavily as other Capital ships, these vessels are still a large threat in their own right. As many of the ships they hold are drones controlled by a central AI on the main ship, rather than piloted by a person.

Titans

"Flagships... technically called Titans, are ships that pretty much everyone else hopes doesn't aim in their direction. They're capable of hopelessly mangling if not vaporizing anything below a small Destroyer. And can easily punch a large hole in everything shy of another Titan or properly shielded and armored Dreadnought."
Standard Hull: Titan, Rough Size: 3-4km/1.8-2.4mi
Stuff here.

Titan Hull Variants
Super-Carrier - Some titans are outfitted with a large number of hangars, though for most of these their armor is weaker. Meaning they often do less well in prolonged fights. But the added number of smaller ships, controlled by AI, is also capable of wearing down a hostile fleet by diminishing their supporting ships. Factions that use a carrier fit Flagship usually favor fighting retreating battles for this reason, as well as having fewer ships piloted by an actual person among their ranks.
