The Oracle Ministry (known as TOM) is the leading power of Avoranic since they are responsible for the peace of all countries and the structure of how everything operates. They are the equivalent of a governing organization and influence all the places in Avoranic, from Niran, Eryal, Norphorda, and the Underworld to Spirelle and its deities.
