The Weave
The Weave is the embodiment of magic of the worlds, a fine web of energy that ifs fuel by Raw magic, also known as Nano/Ether. Through this web, Gods and mortals alike are able to control magic to a refine level. Raw magic is a primordial energy that exist within everything. All things have Nano with their bodies and with this magic can be used outside of the weave but like nature. Raw magic is a wild animal quick to bite and attack those who do not fully master its limits. The first one to fully understand Nano was Mystryl the first God of magic. They alone were able to tame the beast and bend Raw magic to their will and in doing so Mystryl created the Weave to allow others to experiences magic without the dangers that come with Nano with this the weave was born. The Weave acted as a safety net and protected everyone from the ever-changing balance of Nano and allow magic to flow freely for the most part. As long as the Weave exist so did Mystryl and vice versa. They were one in the same Mystryl was their weave and the weave was the god Mystryl.
As time went on and magic was left unchecked allowing mortals to trespass into the domain of the gods. They climbed higher and higher towards them as finally a mortal pushed to far. A mad Mage named Karsus a man from the kingdom of Netheril. He pushed the limits of magic climb up to 10th,11th, and then 12th level mage. Where he cast a spell of his creation Karsus's avatar. A spell that was designed to steal a god’s spot and become the new god of that domain but the spell only stole the power from the god for a short time. Most gods did not think much of it a foolish mortal who was about to burn away what little life he had. As the spell took hold, he chose his target. The God of magic as he stole her power and saw everything she saw. The magic rushed into his body as he was unable to control the flow of magic as raw magic explode from the Webs. As magic began to spiral out of control with the last bit of power Mystryl the cut Karsus off from the Weave causing the Raw magic to eat him alive unable to tame the chaos as it ripped him across the multiverse. A mortal who was always destined to step to close to the sun. As Mystryl died her power was given to a mortal with skill that was yet to be trained. She rose and restarted the weave and add all the rule to how magic works within the weave now. banning spells above 10th level, limiting who had access to magic, limiting how many spells of each level could be held in the mind, increasing the time it took to cast spells, and forcing long periods of memorization or prayer each day to replace spells cast previously.
As time past many would try to tap into magic and create their own forms of the Weave but all version still needed the Parent Weave to function as no god could truly understand all that Mystra had to do to control Nano. The First and most power of the Weave’s created was the Shadow weave. Created by Shar and was made to hide in the cracks that Mystra weave would not reach. This weave was for only those who followed the Dark Lady or made a deal with her all others were drive made but the power of the weave. The Next Weave to be made was Demon Weave made by the god Lolth in a attempt to steal the seat of power from the god of magic. The Weave was unable to hold its form as the main Weave absorbed it. Through this form of magic was given to demons and devils in the form of pact magic. Along with being all through the planes the Web extended out to the multiverse hiding in plane sight as many names all control by either different version of Mystra or other gods all together. The Weave is able to be in multiple places where it seem like magic isn’t through Strands of the Web falling to the earth around mortals unable to see. The Weave will always be the safety net to all beings while Mystra works to regulate the Nano. Although Mystra try to keep Nano from anyone’s hands some are able to tap into the power of it. Those would could bend the Weave around them and use it to control the Raw magic hidden behind it. Surpassing the limits impose by Mystra but being protected by her so many Weavers are careful with which spells are used to not draw the eye of the god of magic. These People were known as Weaver’s. Those would can control the Weave like Mystra. Another class of spellcaster that control magic was Spell fires. Those who tap into Raw magic fully without the weave through there are few who can those who can are able to amplify the power of magic or even use spell beyond the limits but normal at a great cost.

Spell fire users can be those who don't follow Mystra in which the flames are bright a multiple colored but those who Mystra gives the power to have a Silver hue to their flames to show that Mystra has bless them.
