A cult of religious zealots that follow the ways of IO the outer god of Chaos. The purest form of chaos is this god. The Cult believe that all things should belong to chaos and no order should rule over Order. This led to an increase of outbreaks and the monster attacking the cities now old Avalon was left to rot with only Cults fighting over the land.

This cult follows the grand ideas of IO (outer God of Chaos) that all things are to be influx and never follow a set path. The cult of Chaos is not one order by is made of many different pantheons and gods but one of the bigger ones is the Wyrms of Greater Chaos an Emanators of Destruction that is trapped with a misty valley within the fey. This Wyrm picks those he thinks will cause chaos or he inflicts chaos into their life and watches how this will change their life. Many who follow the Wyrm do not do so willing they are pulled into the deals quickly and are thrown into his games. Although the Wyrm is the most well-known member of chaos he does not inflict the most chaos that would be the Cult/ gang called the Masked Fools. They travel the spheres and cause chaos where they can.
