(cenogenesis) καινός γένεσις- Birth of something new   As magic began Rot away in the lower planes the world below start to feel the effects of no magic although some of the planes try to change their ways many did not and would soon learn the true cost for magic. Cenogenesis was the plague that sprung forth from the lost of magic. This plague would slowly drain the mind of the Devil or Demon and transform them into mindless monsters hunting for mana to return to their state before the infection.   Egkataleipo-(ἐγκαταλείπω): to forsake   Egkataleipo is the first stage and is the beginning of ones lost of self. As the lower planes as the infection spread their wants and desire fade away and they given in to their basic instincts and drive to kill. Although they did not lose their intellect but it was lost to be use for their goals they could only push towards their goal. Absorbing Souls and having them join their ranks to increase the power of the plague.   anakto (ανακτώ): to reclaim   Those will strong wills are able to crawl their way back to gaining their Ego back. The lower plane creatures slow regain their will but as time grows the hunger for mana also grows and as more mana is consumed then the Ego of the creature would slow return to them but as they consumed more mana, they became a bigger target by others who were mana hungry. If they can hold onto the mana and transform the mana into an engine that drags them from hell, they will enter the next stage.   sozo (σῴζω):to be saved   Once the Ego is recovered many of the infected fall deadly ill making it impossible to move for months while the mana slowly craved its way through their body and infused with their soul and slowly nurture them back to health. This mana pool allows them to slowly protect their soul and rebuild their power. As they transfer to into the final stage of the infection.   Teleios (τέλειος):to be perfect   After the infected recover they will consume the rest of the mana they had collected and will need to find more and continue the cycle over and over again. The cycle will continue as the Demon and devil will loss their Ego again and cenogenesis will start again.
