Regent of the Akati Empire
Misha Eldter is a high elf and the current regent of The Akati Empire. Which in many ways makes him the Emperor - though that title is never used in this society. The Regent is the leader of the Council of Agartha which consists of elected representatives of each one of the akatian tribes: Roya, Ignis, Aadam, Triyes, and Mora. Misha is the first Regent of Ignis blood in a very long time, the previous being of Aadam who unfortunately succumbed to injuries received during one of the final battles before the Accords.
The Regent holds symbolic ranks in the military as well as in the major guilds.
Council of Agartha
The Council of Agartha is the ruling faction of the Empire and makes decisions together. The Regent always hold the right to sway the vote, especially after the artificer Arik Ondana joined the Council as the second representative of Triyes, thus making their numbers even.

There are other persons who are closely affiliated with the Council, such as the Head of Intelligence (currently Ulric) and the Master of Commerce Noxi who is the Guildmaster of the Starfire Consortium, Dragon of Agartha.
