The Kralfanagger

The Kralfanagger is the main mode of transport for the Fraxinus Elfiry a separate breed of Ashen Elfiry that prefers to sail the seas rather than live in tribes on the land, though they are more akin to raider and pirates than a typical seafaring people, the Kralfanagger is the long ship they use to travel around the world, while the argument and assumption for most people is that the Kralfanagger is just a ship it is in fact a living thing under the magical command of the chieftain or captain.

The Chieftain or Captain will have a special Weapon called a Krell that changes form depending on who wields it and it allows the captain to have complete control of the ship, from the sails to ropes and to the rigging and anchor and is passed down from captain to captain, either through rite of passage or right of blood depending of the traditions of the crew though for most Fraxinus they will not used the Krell unless attacking another vessel or moving the ship across land as they can use the vines and the barnacles on the ship to act as a pulley system to help cross portions of land.

The design of the Kralfanagger is more so of natural wood instead of planks and the vines act as ropes with long interweaving threads of moss and plant life acting as sails with the anchor being made of Ironwood a special kind of wood that has similar properties as well as weight as tungsten including the ships arsenal from harpoon guns to ballista's and lastly the figurehead being a mythical woodland creature or symbolic statue that is relevant to the Fraxinus clan for example the Osmund clan figurehead is that of a smoking warrior upholding a great sword that when their enemies see coming on the horizon a testimony for their warrior past.

In addition the bowels of the Kralfanagger offer a fresh garden and a clean supply of water using a closed of ecosystem that only the captain can access that provides all the fruit and water a full Elfiry crew needs to survive on long voyagers however given how Fraxinus tend to invite non wood Elfiry into their ranks they need to gather more supplies to help feed and care for them as the Kralfanagger would only ever supply the needs for a wood Elfiry crew.

The Kralfanagger can build new rooms on its own as long as fresh logs that have not been tampered with in any means so no planks or metals such as nails once the fresh log is placed on the deck of the ship it will get absorbed and build the rooms the captains wants built however the captain aware that the extra rooms will causing spatial issues with seafaring and will tend to get extra wood and moss and vines to help increase the size of the ship itself in order to maintain a aerodynamic sea faring vessel, this often leads to what once a small ship growing and shrinking in size over the course of the centuries with the most famous Kralfanagger vessel called the Vinescreamer being the size of a galleon.

The other species even most other Ashen Elfiry don't see the danger and strength of a Kralfanagger thinking it just another seafaring vessel only to be quickly taught that this is not the case and that the Fraxinus are a much greater danger than they first appear to be.
