No one really know who or what holds the power over the House of All aside from the documents that crop up in both the most prestigious of houses and the dregs of society but the fundamental meaning is something that must be stamped out by the Stone Elfiry in power especially to those who sit upon the Stone Privy Council as the very notion of it is a threat to everything that the Stone Elfiry is to a fundamental and yet the influence to have such documents keep popping up suggests a very powerful House at play or perhaps even a external force.
