The fortemrin are in many ways the counterbalance to the Hinfel (Lightfoot Halflings). Sturdier and more steadfast of heart and will, they are responsible for most of the permanent settlements in halfling lands. They are organized and even maintain a military. The Mark of Hospitality appears most often among these halflings.
