Suleiman of Ultren
A Human wizard born sometime before the founding of the Kingdom of Ultren, circa IDK. The actual capabilities of this wizard are fiercely debated by modern scholars due to the amount of mythology that surrounds his exploits. What the majority of scholars have come to agree on is that he was a wizard of at least moderate skill who carried a significant amount of renown amongst the human nations of the time. It is also generally agreed that he successfully traveled to the land of the Genasi by either teleportation or ship travel. He came to adopt a style of clothing associated with the cultures of that land and similarly adopted an elemental-focused style of magic based on that of the Genasi.
His pseudonym was given to him as a result of his involvement in the founding of Ultren. Some stories place him as having ensured the rise of the first King of Ultren in a Merlin-esque manner. Others say simply that his actions in the area that would come to be Ultren inadvertently paved the way for the Kingdom’s rise.
