Isthmarian Consortium
This collection of city states that sit between the Orshin Sea and Lake En'Anar were once under the control of the Solarian Empire prior to its collapse. These independent cities signed into a larger consortium for protection, political influence, and trade agreements, they control the flow of all goods traveling through The Divide bringing much wealth to them. These cities have a variety of different individual rulers, being mostly those who had been previously enslaved by the Sun Elves.
Internally the city states have little influence over each other through direct political means usually using other means of coerciveness to control one another.
