Lysandrian Magical Instititute
The Lysandrian Magical Institute is the branch of the Lysandrian government that focuses on dealing with magic. By Lysandrian law, every user of arcane magic (that is to say, every wizard) must be registered with the Institute to lawfully practice magic within the kingdom's borders.
