Ander Monatharan
King Ander I, born Ander Monatharan was a famous swordsman and the first Sovereign of Lys-Ander- Rhia. Ander was elected king after he was instrumental in the defeat of the Volthagi during the Volthagi Siege of Lysia and Rhia and since then became one of the four legendary figures in the city's history along with Lys, Rhea, and Ulmen.
