Very little known about the culture of the Avelonian elves. For centuries they have remained shut off from the rest of Athunis, hidden away in the Crescent Woodland. Only occasionally have these elves been seen outside of Avelon. When they have been they are hardly forthcoming in providing information about their homeland. What little has been unearthed leads people to believe the Avelonian elves value their privacy and traditions above all else. They are thought to view other races as inferior and other elves specifically as traitors to their fey ancestry.Demographics

- The Omah Akh'Velahrn (OH-ma AH-k VELA-hrrn)(translated roughly to lead soldier in common) is the leader of the Akh'Velahr. They are chosen for their ability to lead and martial prowess; often they are the strongest fighter in the military. The current Omah Akh'Velahrn is Omah Alaglor (all-a-gore)

Geography
Avelon maintains coasts along the Emerald Bay to the East, the Sea of Stars to the East, and the Dragon Sea to the South. A large portion of the nation is overrun by the Crescent Woodlands, and ancient forest said to have birthed from the Feywild itself. A large river runs through the Woodlands, stretching along the majority of the nation's land. The Northern portion of the Woodlands is broken up by the mountain Ered Minas (Grey Tower in Common). The remaining lands of Avelon are primarily grassland with few hills.

Avelon has access to an abundance of natural resources:
- Lumber (though used sparingly and only when a ritual is performed) - buildings often built into trees rather than on the ground level to avoid cutting the ancient trees of the Crescent Woodland down
