The name "werewolf" is rather new, being created by man when they first encountered the Bloodmoon Bluemoon prophecy on Adlak. The name was given to us by the Mer were Lycanthropes. Both names still strike fear into those that hear the name said aloud in public spaces, for we are known to hunt them down whenever either of the moons is full.
But this not be the case. We can live in Asyur with our affliction, with peace and prosperity, maybe even rule.
Our goal? To resist the primal urge that wells up inside each and every one of us, the urge to commit violence on our fellow men and mer, for Lycanthrope affects us all.
