Dax The Kindly Giant
Dax is a giant, though not a scary crooked-spine troll of a man, he is a kind-eyed, ageless, dark-skinned giant. Standing at 8 feet tall, and weighing-in at just under 580 pounds, he is a massive sized human being. Though he is not exactly entirely human. Some would call Dax a god, but they would be wrong. While he is from a heavenly-like realm, he is not a god by any sense of the word, though he is powerful in many ways. He is as limited in all things as any regular human, but he does have immense physical strength and a deeply quiet intelligence. He is not violent or angry, but rather passive in nature and handles both crisis or mundane activity with the same calm benevolent stability that any animal would have in it's natural enviornment. He is a shepherd of sorts. His job, his purpose, is to help guide humans towards love and teamwork. He fits perfectly into the rag-tag team of characters in this story as a sort of praternal and protective comrade that can also lift a house or feed a baby or anything in-between. He is the perfect partner to Ricah, someone who needs guidance and love.
