Cotton the Tan

Cotton has learned a lot as captain of the Able Gull. He learned a lot even before that. But all of his lessons stem from keeping his snout in his own business. He doesn't ask anybody their deals, and he asks that everyone else do the same to him. A master with a sword, and an honorable captain, Cotton has earned undying loyalty from his crew. There has never been a fight in which Cotton has not thrown himself to the front. That being said, he's aware of his stature and would rather avoid fights in the first place.
